Order Processing Time

We hustle!

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of payment.

We ship daily, and orders placed before 12pm AEST typically leave our warehouse the same day.

Weekend or public holiday orders are dispatched on the next business day.

If we ever experience unexpected delays, we’ll keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic (Australia)

We use live shipping rates pulled directly from our carriers at checkout.

All orders ship via Australia Post for reliable delivery.

Express Post is available on all domestic orders.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but AusPost typically delivers within 1–6 business days.

International Shipping

Standard international delivery generally takes 6–27 business days.

Orders over $250 AUD qualify for free standard international shipping.

Express international shipping is not yet available.

Shipping times may vary depending on customs, country regulations, and local carrier performance.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive:

a shipping confirmation email, and

your tracking number, generated directly from our website.

You can use this tracking link anytime to follow your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

All Star Poppers is not responsible for:

deliveries sent to incorrectly entered addresses

incomplete or inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer

If you spot a mistake, email us ASAP — we’ll try to help before the order ships.
