At All Star Poppers, we want every order to arrive fresh, flawless, and ready to Pop it & Puff it. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
7-Day Return Window (Faulty Items Only)
We offer a 7-day return policy, starting from the day your order is delivered.
Returns are only accepted for items that are faulty, damaged, or defective.
Because our products are consumable and sealed for safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
What Qualifies for a Return?
You can request a return if your product:
Arrived damaged
Is faulty or not working as intended
Is incorrect or missing items
To help us sort it quickly, please include clear photos of:
The product issue
The packaging
The packing slip or order confirmation
All returned items must be:
In original packaging
Unopened and unused (unless the fault is internal)
Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email our support team at hello@allstarpoppers.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll guide you through the quick return process and let you know if your item qualifies.
You can contact us anytime at the same address for questions about returns or order issues.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
(Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to finalise it.)
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, just shoot us a message.
International Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers located in the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
This allows you to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days — but the product must be returned unopened and unused in its original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
To keep our customers safe and ensure product quality, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Change-of-mind returns
Sale items
Gift cards
Damaged items caused by misuse
